Enquiries, Bookings and Waiting Times
Our service operates Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We will endeavour to respond to all new enquiries received during these hours, or within 48 hours of receipt.
After your no-obligation telephone consultation, let us know if you’d like to move forward with an initial consultation. At that time, we will provide an estimated wait time for our services.
Eligibility Criteria for Our ADHD Assessment Service
Our service is for any adult from 17 years, 9 months and older.
You will not be eligible if you:
- Have active psychotic symptoms
- Have schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
- Are at risk of harm to yourself or others (e.g. suicidal thoughts, plans, intent)
- Are currently misusing alcohol or substances
Please Note:
Having a past or current mental health difficulty does not automatically exclude you from our service. We look at each situation individually, and you’re welcome to discuss any concerns with us during your first contact.
If any of the above applies to you, we recommend speaking with your GP, or mental health team. Getting the right support first is important, as untreated conditions can make it harder to reach a clear and reliable ADHD diagnosis.
