HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT
We encourage clients to raise any concerns or complaints directly with ADHD Collective Scotland in the first instance, as this allows us the opportunity to respond promptly and work towards a resolution. However, clients have the right to contact Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) at any point, whether or not a complaint has been raised with us. Complaints to Healthcare Improvement Scotland can be made directly via their complaints process.
